- Orders take 2-3 days from the date of purchase to ship.
- Your orders should reach within 5-7 working days. In case your order is taking a little longer, please email us on hello@getallways.com for an update.
- We ship across India.
- We don’t ship internationally at the moment.
- We don’t charge for shipping.
- Orders can’t be cancelled or modified. Please email us on hello@getallways.com in case you need to cancel or modify an order and we’ll try our best.
- Cash on delivery orders are charged an additional fee of Rs. 100.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchange requests can be placed up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned orders are eligible for refunds if approved. We expect the orders to be in good condition and with the original tags intact in order to approve a refund.
- Your return or exchange will be picked up in 2-3 days from the request date.
- Refunds are usually approved within 7 days from pickup.
- Refunds take 10-15 days to reflect in your bank account post approval. We’ll let you know over email once your refund has been approved.
