Orders and payment

1. Can I cancel or modify my order?

It’s usually difficult to cancel an order as the processing and packaging doesn’t take too long. Please reach out to us at hello@getallways.com and we’ll try to help cancel it in case it hasn’t been processed yet.

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to modify your order.

2. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Sorry, once an order is received it gets processed pretty quickly. It’s not possible for us to change it on the system but do email us on hello@getallways.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate the request.

3. What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept all standard modes of payment such as credit or debit card, net banking, UPI and cash on delivery.

4. Do you allow cash on delivery?

We allow cash on delivery to most regions for an additional fee of Rs. 100.

Shipping

1. How long does it take for an order to ship?

Your order will ship within 2-3 days from the date of purchase.

2. How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Most orders should reach within 5-7 working days. In case your order is taking a little longer, please track your order on the Shipping & Returns page.

3. Do you ship everywhere in India?

Yes, we ship across India.

4. Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we only ship within India at the moment.

5. Do you charge for shipping?

No, we offer free shipping on orders.

6. How do I track my order?

You can track your order from the Shipping & Returns page. Just enter your order ID to get tracking information.

7. What if my tracking information shows my package was delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, thoroughly check your delivery address, including your doorstep, porch, mailbox, and with neighbours. If you live in an apartment, inquire with building management or security. If you still can't locate the package, please reach out to us at hello@getallways.com.

8. Can I ask the delivery agent to reschedule the pickup date?

Yes. You can schedule the pickup date based on your convenience. The delivery agent will attempt to deliver thrice before your order is returned to the warehouse. Once returned to the warehouse, the order will be cancelled, a refund issued and you’ll have to place a new order.

Returns and exchanges

1. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can place a return request on the Shipping & Returns page. We’ll accept return requests without any questions asked for up to 15 days from the date of delivery. Of course, we’ll expect your product to be with the original tags and in good condition (No stains, no wear and tear, no damage) for you to be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges are also accepted for 15 days from the date of delivery.

2. How do I place a return request?

You can place a return request on the Shipping & Returns page.

3. Will I get a refund for my returned order?

As long as your product reaches us with the original tags intact and in good condition, we’ll process a refund. Remember to place your return request within 15 days though.

4. How long will it take to get a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 10-15 days from approval. You’ll receive an email from us when your returns have been checked and your refund approved.
